Unique intensive training camp

"unique intensive training camp"... It must be the [i]Youth Conditioning Camp[/i]. Its purpose is very simple. We can exchange an early maxed youth (e.g. speed 4-5 or stamina 4-5 at ht age of 16) with the [i]Youth Exchange[/i] option and receive a 15 year old. Let's suppose we exchange the maxed 16 YO with the 15 YO today, which is Day 48. The 15 YO hasn't, of course, received any training this season, so his skill are probably at 1-2, therefore useless. What can we do about it? Simple. Pay for a [b][i]Scout Report[/i][/b] (600 Pounds or around 800 Euro) before the actual [b][i]Youth Exchange[/i][/b] to see his potential. Then we send him to [b][i]YCC[/i][/b] for a week, and choose 1-2 skills to train. He will gain the same no. of balls as if he was training the lost 48 days. That's around 3 gained balls. Thne you can actually send him directly to [b]TC[/b]. No need for YTC to discover his potential, because you already done that by purchasing the Scout Report. If the question is related simply to the ITC (Intensive Training Camp), it was a Training Camp (not available anymore) in which old players trained with [i]training 1.0[/i] could gain the balls that they could have reached if they were training with the actual [i]training 2.0[/i]If the question is related simply to the ITC (Intensive Training Camp), it was a Training Camp (not available anymore) in which old players trained with training 1.0 could gain the balls that they could have reached if they were training with the actual training 2.0
