Not sure what you mean. I don't think there is a 'good' 16 year old player. It all depends on the training speed and maxings. Just because a player started off with 0-2 pucks in one skill it doesn't mean he isn't any good in that skill.

I have the 3rd highest goal scorer in the youth league. He has scored 11 goals with one puck in shooting. Make what you will of that.

More or less. Just keep training them and putting them in TC's for 5 weeks and see where they max out or use YTC.

It's pretty much an unknown until they max out for sure. You'll have guys start with 4 pucks power at 15 and be maxed at 6 at 17, or guys start nothing and train very fast and max out well. The only hints I've found are from a temporary value placed upon youths when recieved that seem to indicate worthiness in comparison to other youths of that age.
