Not sure what you mean. I don't think there is a 'good' 16 year old player. It all depends on the training speed and maxings. Just because a player started off with 0-2 pucks in one skill it doesn't mean he isn't any good in that skill.Not sure what you mean. I don't think there is a 'good' 16 year old player. It's pretty much an unknown until they max out for sure. You'll have guys start with 4 pucks power at 15 and be maxed at 6 at 17, or guys start nothing and train very fast and max out well.
