About players form!!!

If my player have 0 in form.. is there any chance to rais it to 5-> ?If my player have 0 in form.. is there any chance to rais it to 5-> ?

If you play him in a couple of friendlies, league matches and if you have some PTs play them in some cup matches his form will improve. Within a few weeks it should go up to 9 or very rarely 10.If you play him in a couple of friendlies, league matches and if you have some PTs play them in some cup matches his form will improve. Play all the matches you can with him, including friendlies, that's 12 matches in one week, not to mention friendly leage/cup matches. His form should from 0 to 6 minimum. After that play just 6 maches/week. It should go to 9 in a couple of weeks. 10 is very rare. Youth league games count as Cup matches, you can only get a positive influence on form from playing those games. since 2 weeks i have problems with player form again. last week 3 players needed to rest and this week again 3 other players all played 6 games, friendly and league together any idea what the problem could be?since 2 weeks i have problems with player form again. last week 3 players needed to rest and this week again 3 other players

Karacho = You have played too many friendlies. Since Tuesday 26th November you have played at least 7 friendlies (one on 28th, two on 29th, two on 30th and two on the 2nd of December). Form is updated every Tuesday, so from Tuesday one week to the next week you should only play 4 friendlies (2 away and 2 home) otherwise your players will become overplayed and lose form. The only way to play more friendlies is to use your Uxx teams, you will however not receive any income off those matches, only off the first two home games.Karacho = You have played too many friendlies. My keeper is about to get ninth puck in form but he's been 8 pucks for more than two weeks, I don't understand why. yes i played 10 friendlies, 6 with b team and 4 with a team plus 2 league games was thinking that it has no influence in form if i not play more then 6 games so i'm lucky is only 3 and not 42 players that need to restyes i played 10 friendlies, 6 with b team and 4 with a team plus 2 league games
