How can I get players for the NT from Invalid Teams?

Hi guys, How I can select players for the National Team from Invalid teams? Thai players are playing in different countries that have inactive teams (egg: Brazil, Argentina). Is there a way to select them for the National Team? We have a lack of good players and was wondering if I can contact a RA, GA, FA, LA to add those players to the NT squad.
