Results in lower leagues

I see that in all division 4 of The Netherlands all matches finished with the exact same result (either 1-2 or 2-3). Why is that?I see that in all division 4 of The Netherlands all matches finished with the exact same result (either 1-2 or 2-3).
Why is that?

It happens sometimes when every team in that league isn’t an active user so it just auto-generates the matchesIt happens sometimes when every team in that league isn’t an active user so it just auto-generates the matches
